HOW DO WE HELP YOU?
Psychotherapy of early interaction and attachment
Early Interaction Psychotherapy
Early interaction or early bonding psychotherapy is a form of family psychotherapy. Therapy focuses on infants under the age of three and is often started before the child is born, during pregnancy.
In early interaction, psychotherapy work is done with the baby’s family. The main focuses of psychotherapy are early parenting and the relationship between the baby and the parents.

FAMILIES
Early interaction psychotherapy supports the relationship and bond between caregivers and the baby, fostering the development of a secure attachment during pregnancy and early childhood. The concerns which parents bring to therapy are usually related to stress, fears, traumatic experiences, anxiety or depression.
babies
Challenges related to the baby can include, for example, the baby crying, eating problems, sleeping difficulties, or contact difficulties. The baby can be very difficult to care for, difficult to calm, restless, sick, or have a permanent disability.
The goal of therapy is to support parent-baby interaction and to support the development of a secure attachment and good parental reflective function. Psychotherapy is individually adapted to the situation and needs of each family. Visits can be individual, couple and family, and can be carried out in the consulting room, at home and occasionally online.
Open consultation
An open space where you can ask any questions related to the baby’s upbringing or with your expectations as a mother or father.
